April 1, 2026 is the official start date of the EOMS II contract. All accepted offers will officially become Team STS employees and acquire benefits and compensation starting April 1, 2026.

We cannot guarantee anyone a position. We will staff the EOMS II contract based on the Work Scope provided by the customer. It is our understanding that staffing requirements for the EOMS II contract Work Scope will be similar to the current staffing requirements.
Yes, STS pays the majority of medical and dental premiums. The portion that employees pay is deducted each bi-weekly payroll on a pre-tax basis.

You will remain on the EOMS contract with your current employer until your TDY is complete. Please be sure to keep your Section Manager informed of your travel schedule during this time, so plans can be made to transition you to STS after your trip.

The current EOMS II contract does not have provisions for Telework. However, it is our understanding that a Telework provision will be provided for in a future contract modification.
No, all CACs will be transferred to the new contract with no action required by you. If your CAC is expiring before the EOMS II Contract start date of April 1, 2026, please notify your manager.
